Well, we finished our contract here in Korea, and signed on for a second year. Despite all the ups and downs, it still feels like the right place for us to be right now. I'm Big in Japan
So, for those of you in Japan... Watch NHK at 11pm on August 25th. One of my classes was filmed today for an English for Adults program today. Aoi, a 27 year old Japanese guy, and one of the stars of the show, joined my class of 30 JHS girls. It was really weird having a camera crew film everything I did though. -

Happy Boxing Day
Christmas has passed, and it was actually a much better day than I had expected it to be. Christmas breakfast at someone's apartment, gift exchange in which I got some yummy bath/body products :). vague update on life in general
Life in my world: I got paid to teach movie making and a yoga class in English to 30 Korean middle school students. Which I really enjoy. I'll spend my evening developing new lesson plans for an upcoming major curriculum overhaul ( Read more... ) -
