ah, I'm just reading this, so I hope you had a good last week together. being on maternity leave was infinitely easier for me than being at work, and I would never have chosen to go back as early as I did, but I've still found that work gives me a sense of purpose & accomplishment that tending to a small child all day just doesn't.
