Today's #lunchtimerollcall is special... We made donut burgers, or Luther burgers (apparently a favorite of Luther Vandross, who might have invented this, thanks Wiki)
Glazed donut, 4 oz. of ground beef, American cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo and a mini gherkin on the side. It was a bit too sweet, but still really something! I wish you could get raised donuts unglazed because I think that would make a better bun. We're going to try with chocolate glazed next time.
