Are you a weather forecaster?

Not quite, but I can identify atmospheric anomalies and run simulations to give what have been fairly accurate patterns thus far. It wasn't what I did before Edensphere, but it seems to help.

I have been inaccurate perhaps five times in the last year. I hope to lower that number for the next year, but this place likes to be stubborn a lot of the time.

I'm fairly new. I've been here for almost two weeks now. My name is Kid.

I volunteered to spend a moment now and then to take a look at the skies and try to see what may come. My actual work is with the Adventurers, gathering information.

A colleague of mine was talking about how she could smell the lakes and dirt on Captain Planet from afar. The pressure always dips before it rains, but never this drastically.

If we were on a coast I'd know the source of my concern, but here, I don't dare guess. I just know the heat and the taste of the air don't sit well with me.

This is exactly what worries me most. If it's anything like the last one, it hits when it wants, where it wants and it hits hard.

A severe storm. Worst case scenario, a hurricane. I don't want to incite any sort of panic, but I want to remain on high alert until we're given the green light to begin last year's procedures.
