Rose was woken up from a deep sleep by the Doctor shaking her.  As was her wont, she didn’t sleep in pajamas, and thus was naked under the sheet, but this didn’t bother the Doctor as they had been intimate for a while by this time.

“Rose, come on, we’ve landed!”

“Landed where?” replied a still half asleep Rose.

“It’s a surprise!”
