I detest the cold; this is a very welcome change, but it's likely to return to normal by tomorrow.

A colleague is trapped underground and is requesting an agent Sakura, I'm not familiar with him, but I assumed informing you would be just as good.

I've not heard of such an agent. Who is this colleague and exactly how long have they been trapped?
