Has anyone heard anything about when the sebring conv. will be available or pricing?

I've gotten the email updates from Chrysler, but it just says 'available this spring'

I have a 96 Dodge Dakota 4X4 V8 Magnum.  It has a button you push for Over drive, you have to push it to be out of over drive.  I know that it's like an extra gear but I was wondering if it's better to keep it in over drive all the time or should I not?  How does over drive effect gas mileage?

I don't believe I have a pic of my '00 Durango anywhere, but you've seen one, you've seen 'em all. It's nothing special, however I did just have to replace a seized 4.7L a few months back and thought maybe I should warn anyone out there with this motor that it's prone to sludging.
