I'm starting to get that end-of-the-semester burnt out feeling. The only difference is that this time, I'm taking three classes, working, and trying to maintain something like a social life as opposed to taking (and not doing very well in) one class, trying to make it to work every day, and spending most of my leisure time in bed. I often get pissed off when I think about the past too much. "How could so-and-so have done such-and-such to me?" etc. But the thing is, that doesn't help anything. Things just take time. I did my civic duty and voted today. I love voting. I love being there in the booth, my choices laid out before me. I push the buttons next to my chosen candidate slowly, and I take the time to read the amendment propositions. I push the vote button and leave the booth, feeling exhilarated.
