For the most part, there were a few additions and some omissions in the adaptation of Bakuman but for the most part everything remains generally the same. Sometimes some parts that were not shown before show up later like the presence of swords in most battle manga.

I loved Kawai Touko back when mochi*mochi worked on her stuff. Funnily enough, I hadn't felt up to checking her works since. Ironically, that was right around the time I joined toko_kawai, too.
