Wow. That was Intense!
Holy. CRAP. That was one of the scariest things I have done in a long time. It's about 5 miles from my house to the wonderful Barry Residence. Dropped my car off last night to get it inspected/maintenance/big thingamuggle replaced. It was done much earlier in the day than expected - very nice. Also, it turns out I still had an extended warranty on my car - saved me about $250-400 on the thingamuggle. whoohoo ( Read more... ) -

Very nice Scooter weather (finally!). Got home, mowed the lawn (also finally). Did some very technical repair work on the scooter today. Gas gauge has been stuck for a while.
Precision tool: coated coathanger, untwisited (rounded end).
Precision Repair: Swirl it around in the gas tank until the little bobber thingamig unstuck.
