We had another person quit our department on Friday. The fallout started yesterday. She was our last supplier quality engineer (we'd fired the other one in July, see that time period for details on that mess). Senior management responded by restructuring us (again) by reshuffling us under two different managers. This does not really solve anything

Yeah, me too. God does not always work in mysterious ways. He has pretty obvious ways of saying "YOU SHOULD FIND A NEW JOB".

Bad jobs suck. No job is worse, though. I'm sure you'll find something great out there, though.
