Last night I went to jacobs DI meeting. It was a strictly performance one put on for the parents to see what they have created. It was really good and I was certainly impressed. I'm so much like Sophia in that I loved being the center of attention. Drama, choir, band, orchestra, whatever - I did all of it. I loved every minute of it ( ... )

I hadn't seen the secret pal yarn thingy... I think thats a cool idea, I think I would just worry that someone wouldn't like the yarn I chose... or that I spent $10 on a skein and everyone else spent $30.... I might do it though...

I just finished knitting a scarf I started a few months ago and am working on the voodoo things from knitty.com that I also started a few months ago. Every year I say I am going to make more things to give as gifts because I know those are the gifts that I love best, but every year I bomb... so this year I am going to try again!!

Like they say, hindsight is always 20/20. It's not like your life is over. Do what makes you happy. I started a whole new life at 42 and I've never regretted it for a second. That's how I'm going to go out of this world. No regrets!
