I read alot of young adult books (and childrens books) to keep aware on what books are out there as my kids reach those reading stages.  And for the most part I enjoy them.

I have read some of the Cirque Du Freak books.  Jacob was really into them and I  wanted to know  what he was reading.  These are not my style but he really enjoyed them.

Last night I went to jacobs DI meeting. It was a strictly performance one put on for the parents to see what they have created. It was really good and I was certainly impressed. Most of the time when I watch the amazing race I am looking at the relationships between the couples. My poor kids because it becomes a lesson in love and respect whenever that show is on.
