I've never had to call my phone company or credit card company, but wtf? How retarded is that? What a waste of time!

Yeah see if I was to hit zero I would probably be on hold for the same amount of time as it takes to press the correct button. And more than likely if I hit zero I will get some person who can't help me and transfer me to the correct department (and I would probably sit on hold some more while I waited for someone in the department to get on the line with me) So its "better" to wait through the stupid automated system!

Its a lose-lose situation!

yeah but American Airlines isn't a help desk. And some tour companies if you skip to an agent and they can't help you sometimes they will transfer you right back into the automated annoying lady!

One time I had a dream that these gang members were after me. I was in a parking lot,and they shot and killed my mom cause they couldnt find me. Later they came to my house and shot me in the back of my head. I didnt die,but tho I was sleeping it was like I could feel the shot wound. The police caught the girl who shot me,and later that day I was in a book store and they had a monitor and the chick was on it,and apparantly shes been killing all kind of people,and she wrote a book about it. So then my Aunt comes up to me,and tells me she wants to buy me a candle. It has to be a celstial candle...

Then I woke up. Weird huh?!

i've had dreams before where i would fall and hurt myself or whatever and could feel the pain even though I was sleeping. I wonder how that happens? Like I've had other dreams where I hug someone and even though I'm sleeping I can feel the other person I'm hugging...so mind-boggling I tell ya!

I hate automated messages..what is even worse is the voice activated ones. You have to sit and scream the number you want.

And I've been having really strange dreams lately. Like the other night I dreamt about radioactive cats spinning in the sky and I went to open my door and one flew in and died under my couch. And they all had glowing butts...weird...

yes!!! voice activated is the worst! especially in the travel industry spelling out people's last names and so on. *annoying automated voice activator person* "i'm sorry i did not hear you correctly please speak louder into the phone and spell the clients last name" NOOOOO. We always just get frustrated and start yelling "AGENT" into the telephone..you either get *hold on and i will transfer you to an agent* or the real pisser *i'm sorry i couldn't hear you correctly please repeat the last name of the client again* *sigh*

WOW....that could possibly win for weirdest dream ever! Cats that "spin" in the sky and have radioactive butts. LMAO.
