may i know what company's tofu do you use? i don't like the one that is in my near-by suoermarket, so i wanna know which is good.

I currently am using Nasoya, which is great for soups, but not so hot for frying. I haven't found a brand down here that I like for that yet.

I found a recipe that didn't include any gluten for oyster sauce
