I feel a bit unprepared for bento this week. I don't have any big batches of anything that are ready to go. I did manage to fry up a batch of tofu this weekend, some of which made it into the stir-fry today. I like Nasoya for soups and such, but I don't think it fries up as nicely as the tofu that I can buy in Asian markets. I'll have to pick some up soon. I also need to find gluten-free hoisin and oyster sauces! I know they exist...it's just a matter of tracking them down.
So...the website is within a hair's breadth of being done. I just need a script for a guestbook, and I need to print out and proof all of the many, many pages. Then it's ready to launch!
