Would you be willing to post about how you fry your tofu? I've never had good luck getting it niced and browned like that, without it being too greasy.
Indeed I will. I have left a page for it in the tutorials and will take pics to post the next time I fry a huge batch. The key is getting super-fresh tofu (the kind in vats), proper drainage, and the perfect oil temperature.
it is! i love your background design and such! but i kind of found the black text hard to read with such a strong coloured background. other than that, i love the design of the site! :)
Oh, hang on. There should be no black text. The text should be a light pink color that shows up well against the maroon background. What browser are you using? There may be a quirk in there somewhere that I have to fix!
