i have a question about champagne mangos. i tried them for a first time a few weeks ago, and i found them a lot more sour than regular mango... is that how they're supposed to be? or maybe mine were too early in the season? hehe.
I think you got them too early in the season. They should be sweet and full of flavor; check the black area near the stem. If a clear sticky liquid is oozing from there, it means the mango's at full ripeness.

The mango's look so good too! I prefer green mangos but I love those too.
