They are yummy! I decided not to try to do the avocado outside as I wasn't sure how well it would hold up in the bento box.

I love your pics of bento! How do you take such clear pictures? Do you use a tripod? I tried using my zoom on my Canon digital camera to get a closeup to take a picture and I ended up with fuzzy pictures. I think my hand shakes when I click the button. It's so frustrating! Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

For pictures, I use my Canon s410. I set it on manual, change the exposure to ISO400 (new trick!) so that it will let in more light, and then click on the little tulip button (do you have one of those?) that turns on the "up close" function (it helps you focus in on things that your camera is inches in front of. I also try to use natural light when I can. I don't use a tripod. I think you're fuzzy because of the zoom. Try the manual setting and see what happens!

Thank you! And no - it is super cheap (1000 pieces for $6!). One of the few cheap things for bento. :P

awwww... i've just realised - the fish is a tube for soy sauce, it's so sweeeeeet ))))
