It's been a long time since I posted here and it was long overdue!  I have moved down to New Port Richey, Florida with my fiance Jenni in August of 2010.  It's been difficult to find some really good pizza down here.  I figured that one of the best ways to discover the kind of pizza I would like, is ask a friend from work who is from New Jersey.  ( Read more... )

So I have been seeing a lot of the ads and wanted to try out the new "Stuffed Crust Pan Pizza" from Pizza Hut.  Being a huge fan of the original Stuffed Crust, particularly the "Stuffed Crust Gold", I was more than eager to try out this new confection!

Well, as you have seen in previous postings here, I have tried pizza in the Netherlands before.  And while I enjoyed them, they haven't truly been pizza as I know it.  For starters, none of the pizza I have had gave the option of pepperoni as a topping.  So these pizzas were not starting out on the right foot to begin with.  Pepperoni is my staple ( Read more... )

I tried making pizza for the first time in my life tonight. I've never made any kind of pie crust or pastry dough or anything like it.
