Leave a list of fictional characters in your journal that you would love to get a message from. It is your friends-list mission, should they choose to accept it, to write you an in-character "letter" from a character on that list. Then they post their own list on their journal and the process continues!

Ms. Noey Pico,
I have heard of how much you worship me and frankly, I'm not surprised and I am greatly flattered. Because of this, I would like to invite you to spend an afternoon at the Hyotei love shack my humble abode for tea & Pocky that has been specially made for moi. That way I can get to know my fans better & you can properly drown yourself in my beauty.
Yours, Atobe Keigo

Thanks so much for your concern. :) I'm just tired somehow lately, but it'll pass, eventually. Regards to your brother and the rest of Fudoumine. Oh, and tell Shinji he's such a snob. I saw him the other day and said hi -- he walked right past me.
Ja,
Noey

We girls have to stick together! And don't worry about Shinji. He's pretty single-minded especially when it comes to tennis and stray cats. Otherwise, he's pretty interesting!

50% off, you say?♥ How much credit do I have left? I'm terribly interested in the large canon Ururu totes about.
Ever your patron,

As much credit as you can muster, methinks~ And oh no, cannons are only for killing hollows. Not for pretty dancers to tote around. &hearts ;D

^^~ Yes, I still remember... what my memory fails to recall, however, is who started it. Hee~! As for the 'madaya' part, I have absolutely no idea what she's talking about.

I'm really horrible at this whole writing letters to people thing. Sorry 'bout that. I mean, why write a letter when you can go up and just talk to a person to their face? Never quite understood the concept, or why women find it so... romantic. Just plain weird if you ask me.
But, for you, I tried it. And after all that, it's still kind of weird. Maybe there is a draw after all...? Just maybe. Or...or... maybe it's just the person I'm writing to? (You *do* have a draw to you...) I don't even know anymore. Sorry if you can't really understand this at all. Like I said, I'm really awful with words. Dang, this letter is getting longer than I expected. Not so strange anymore.
I could get used to this.

(The letter is written in scribbly print, some letters attaching while others do not. The paper it is on looks like it's fine parchment that important documents in the Soul Society are written on. Some ink splotches dot the paper, it's obvious that the person who wrote it, doesn't write things very often.)

Renji-san--
I believe the... 'romanticism' in letter writing is all in the assumed effort that the acquisition of paper, a pen and the time to write out one's thoughts amidst all the bustle of one's daily like is because the recepient holds enough value for one to actually... do the abovementioned things.
*pause for breath*
*laughs*
That was a long one.
Oh, and pass my apologies to the keeper of this lovely little creature. I've been fascinated with the use of butterflies... este, moths as messengers.
I hope you are well.
(Message ends and the hellmoth flutters away.)
