Agreed, sweetie. I should've added that apologies are gifts. Give them to people who will treasure them, not people who tosses them away like old junk.

This is all very important information. They need to teach this kind of thing in school, because I think it's just as important as math, reading, or science. You can be a total egghead, but that doesn't mean you're going to get anywhere if you don't have a clue as to how to deal with people. You need egghead skills plus people skills.
