I assume "pace" is minutes-per-mile, cause that sounds about right, if you took 33 minutes to do a 5K. (That's the standard run length for something like this, right?) What do Trans1 and Trans2 mean?
It's pretty impressive, all told. I know I wouldn't be able to finish an event like that.
Does it help to know that I can't really swim? I can keep myself afloat in water and move from one end of the pool to the other, but I know I waste a lot of energy doing so, and I can't imagine swimming for 13 minutes straight. (Was that an 800m?)

Trans1 and Trans2 were the time I spent in between parts of the race, putting on shoes, getting my bike, etc.
Yeah, the running part was 5k and the pace was min-per-mile.
