Following up yesterday's Brisket recipe, I present the World's Simplest Asparagus Recipe.
Roasted Asparagus

You will need:

• 1-2 lbs fresh asparagus
• 2 T. Olive Oil
• Salt and Pepper
• Grated Parmesean Cheese

This is a really simple brisket recipe, and a slightly more complex BBQ sauce recipe to go along with. The main hassle with it (if any) is the initial purchase of all the spices and salts. After that, brisket's cheap, and it feeds a lot of people.

For the brisket, you will need:

• 5-6 lb brisket
• Garlic Salt
• Celery Salt
• Onion Salt
• Liquid Smoke
