I still don't see how you crank out so much writing an a day. It boggles my mind.

Well, when I'm doing it like this, quite literally *how* I do it is to get up, go straight to the computer, write for 45-60 minutes, take a 15 minute break for breakfast, go back and write for another 45-60 minutes (I have a specific wordcount goal I expect myself to reach in that time period), break for a quick shower, write, break for a snack, write, take a half hour for lunch (an hour loses too much momentum; also, this is the first and only time during the writing day that I'm allowed to turn on my internet-access computer and check LJ and email and stuff), write, etc, until I've reached whatever point I think I can be allowed to stop at for the day or it becomes my Time To Leave The House time, which is around 2pm. I often get a 90 minute or so break in there, but I try to be back at the computer by 3:30 or 4, and then write until 5 or 6, depending on how much I've accomplished and how close I am to a major goal ( ... )

Wow. That's a lot of writing. No wonder I never get anything finished. I have serious trouble staying still, though.

I'd recommend not eating a heavy meal before yoga. Some of the positions can be uncomfortable on a full stomach.

I didn't eat too much! Just some raisin brain, and it was over an hour before the class. :)
