About four years ago I got it into my head to wonder what PRIDE & PREJUDICE would be like if the Bennet sisters were plagued by an excess of magic rather than a dearth of cash. I learned about you via the list on LJ's Home Page. I thought it was going to be a fic, was a little disappointed to find it was a publishing update. (Not your fault, of course.)

As I read further, my disappointment turned to excitement. Your writing is a joy to read. Plus, I've been thinking about e-publishing, but didn't have a clue how to do it (other than Amazon's how-to info). It was so nice to get an insider's POV from a published author, and a handy-dandy checklist to boot!
