Is it really going to make it to the big screen? I heard that the fifth movie was supposed to be the last. o_o

No idea, I just assumed that they're going to milk the most of its franchise. O_O Book 7 is very screen-friendly.

All three kids are contracted to do all 7 films now. So yes, this will be headed to the big screen.

Well it's a big franchise. Deathly Hallows WILL definitely be translated to film. Whether it will retain the same cast or be just as good as the book is up in the air right now (as far as I know).

book 7 will kick ass on the silver screen. i can just imagine..

not unless hollywood starts screwing things up by chopping off everything.

i thought in this case though that practically every chapter is pure eyecandy-7potters-adventure-delight! wheeee!

Eyecandy's right. :3 I don't know how Hollywood can screw this book up, it's a lot easier to adapt than the previous books. O_o; Why would they want to hack it up? It's even more action-packed than book 4...

I'm telling you, this film will be Lord of the Rings meets Terminator 2 meets Serenity (WASH!!!!!)! With a dose of Indiana Jones for the adventure flavor and Battle Royale for the massive well-loved-character deaths.
