Thank you so much! Like I said, not nearly as good or long or epic as your big bang, but I'm still flattered. Your comment about shipping them, I think is really true, now that I think about it. I tend to think about them being like passing ships in the night; that maybe at a different time and/or place in their lives, it might have worked out, but now they may never be right for each other. I love the way you said it best: they could be that perfect thing each of them needs but they can never make it through long enough to find out.The song comparisons...I might not have made it clear. I meant the songs that Nick writes about each of them. He wrote "Hello Beautiful" and several others from their first Hollywood Records album about Miley, and they all make claims of love you'd think crazy for a 14-15 year-old teenager to make. But the ones about Selena aren't even that simple, they're full of symbolisms and force you to dissect their meaning. But I do agree with what you said: Miley writes her feelings into song, but leaves them there ( ... )

Aw, thank you! I wasn't sure anyone else would care, but I'm glad you read this and gave it a shot. Yeah, I usually don't ship them much either, but I got a burst of inspirations and read a few really good fics, and this was the result. Oh, and I highly doubt she'll mind that much. Never thought of it this way, but when the muse strikes, run with it!
