I'll type up an entry instead of browsing videos to waste time instead of going to sleep because for whatever reason I don't want to go to sleep. Nice run-on huh?

thanks for the extra warm fuzzies heading my way! i appreciate them.

And as for the knee, I'd suggest possibly getting a knee brace. It always helped when I had knee pain. Also, there's a way to try to ease the pain by, as I put it, jiggling your kneecap. You put your fingers around both sides of your kneecap and gently move it from left to right, then up and down. but GENTLY. They did that to me when I had to get physical therapy done and it helped ease some of the pain. It usually helps me even now that my knee is all fixed!

I have a strechy sport ankle brace thingy...was considering getting some for my knees until I lose more weight and it's not so much of a strain to jog. Healed my sprained ankle in two days once using one, it increases circulation that's why. Weeee.....

Sorry I missed your one text message last night. I was in the shower and didn't check my phone until this morning :(

People told you you need to do cardio EVERY DAY? Personally, I do cardio everyday because I feel like it, but I would never be like "OMG you need to do cardio every day unless you don't want to lose weight". That's kind of . . . yeah. If you exercise at least 3 times a week it's good. Weight loss is like 70% about the food, then the rest is strength training and cardio. Strength training builds lean muscle underneath the fat and cardio melts the fat off so that you can eventually see the muscles you worked to build. I'm sure you know that though.

I'm sure you know that though.

I still like to hear people confirm my beliefs/feelings.

Besides, one of the people who said it can't even exercise because she had some surgery on her foot. I've noticed she's kind of taking out things on people in the community by making snide comments. I plan on bitching about it in an entry later lol

I know, I like to hear people confirm things I believe to be facts, so that's why I wrote that in my comment.

Can you give me a link to the entry? I wanna see what they were saying.

I like that community, but there a few bitches in it, and that's being generous. XD

This is the one she kind of ticked me off in today. It's NinaF.

That's the entry that was mine. I never responded to her because I already didn't like her. And when she was all like "uh..." as though I'm some kind of idiot not already doing 6 days of cardio and thinking that three was enough.

My mother would just say I'm overreacting, but I've been watching her comments to other people.
