He's in town again, not that Harry knows yet. That said, he'd come in from the Nevernever a little later than he'd expected (he still wasn't quite sure about how time worked there and he did miscalculate on occasion) and he's not about to take what little sleep the guy gets

There's a man sitting at the end of the table, trying to ignore the lack of television in this bar with an old book that he'd brought with him. It's pages are cracked and peeling, but it's basically a dissertation on fantastic occult creatures and where to find them.

Face intently focused, he sets it up on the bar itself before he flips another page, this one lavishly illustrated.

Demons in hell. Fun.

He's noticed.

"You reading that for fun, handsome, or no?"

Johnny jerks upward, "-Sorry?"

Hey, he was absorbed.

He points to the book.

"The book?"

Angelo's wearing the image inducer, today. Tel Aviv doesn't feel like such a comfortable place to be a mutant, right now, even on the stretch of beach outside a house full of them.

Of course, the beach door wasn't supposed to turn into the weird magic bar, either.

His eyebrow raises as he looks towards the door and he can't help but almost reach for his staff, chipped and scratched and
dependable as it is.

The kid looks human, just a normal Hispanic 20-year-old, even if some of the mun's favourite icons only come in grey.

He catches the almost-movement, assuming Carlos moved at all, and freezes.

They're at war and if anyone is aware of it, Regional Director Carlos Ramirez is. He's seen more battle in his few years as a wizard than most see in centuries. There might not be a grey cloak on his shoulders, but he's a Warden.

He turns and looks directly at Angelo's...nose.

"You know this is a neutral zone, don't you?"

There's a fellow having coffee and noodles at a table nearby.

[He's wearing a suit that makes him look trim and brings out the blue in his eyes. FYI.]

He nods hello. He's had a great time meeting everyone he's met here so far.

Carlos isn't in anything so dressy: just an undershirt (that does show off some of his muscles), the green jacket (that shows off the lighter tones in his eyes), and a pair of jeans that he's proud of (as mentioned). That said, when he sees the fellow with the coffee and noodles at a nearby table, he raises an eyebrow.

The greeting gets a mischievious smile and a tip of his bottle of ale, but his eyes go back to the noodles and the coffee.

"I'm surprised you got through the door with that... unless Mac's expanded his menu without telling me?"

Pretty easy, since Mac didn't really speak, er, ever.

"I just asked for it," he says with a shrug. "No one complained. Yours looks good, though. I haven't had a pot roast for I don't know how long."

"It's pretty much the house specialty," he points out, "at least, so that I've seen."

Carlos grins and looks Ianto up and down, rather blatantly, and then smiles at him.

"Here on business, ese, or just looking in the strangest places you can for pleasure?"

Rosa is a chair or two down sipping at a glass of water and eating some stew. She doesn't often go places to eat because she likes to cook for herself - and for Harry - but sometimes it's nice to have other people cook for you.

She is, as usual, not paying much attention to the people around her past superficial strong emotions that might get her attention.

How about interest?

Carlos leans on the table, sipping absently at his ale, and looks her up and down. Green hair, huh? And it looks... natural.

And the gold eyes.

She notices him looking and gives him a mostly-timid smile.

And pretty.

He stands from his seat and wanders over, leaning against the wall near her spot with a sort of active casualness.

"Hola, senorita."

There's a boy in a black coat who comes in not long after. The hood's up, as he steps in, but even if you can't see into it, the way he looks around makes it clear he's never been here before.

"A little lost, ese?"

Roxas looks over, and then nods, once.

"I've never been here before; I don't know the lay of things here. It makes it... harder."

"Don't try to trouble the bartender, ese, that's the most important thing. But otherwise, it's pretty easy."

He leans back in his seat and points to the spot opposite him in the booth.
