Everybody's talking about fall class registration. Since Angel has every intention of just telling his advisor he won't be back, it's starting to wear a bit thin. Clearly, the circumstances call for Central Park.
It's a good place to be at this time of year. Collins isn't in the mood to deal with his parents' latest drama -- this time not caused either directly or indirectly by him -- and is taking a walk to clear his head.
Angel's normally quite graceful. But he still nearly trips over his own heels when he notices a very familiar face, for all they only talked one night. "Well, fancy meeting you here."
It typically takes a lot to surprise Collins. And no, the drag isn't a surprise. Angel's looking as good as he'd imagined. But the simple fact that they've met again is a surprise. A damn good one. "Imagine that."
It's a blond young man, pretty rather than handsome and dressed in worn, torn-at-places clothing. He's got a smile on, though, a bright and cheerful one that's rather infectuous.

It's not said in a mean sort of manner, only matter-of-fact.
