Exams are out of the way, Angel's stuff is out of the dorm, arrangements for the mini-vacation (if one could call it that) have been made, and the drive to Cleveland is done. Now all that's left is the 'actually dealing with relatives' part.
Angel's not exactly looking forward to it, but at least he's got good company.

The end of the semester's coming up fast. And while that does mean exams are looming, Angel's more inclined to brush those off to one side if he needs to in order to figure out this 'now what?' business.
He's got a few options on where to go, at least.

Collins is certain that he has better things to do with his time other than a paper that nine year olds would write well.

Then again, being in the library is never that much of a chore. He can probably find something to distract himself.

Collins is in a fantastic mood today. So fantastic that his professors and classmates kept eyeing him warily, wondering who would be the recipient of his creative endeavors.

Preferring to let them squirm rather than explain, he makes his way to a cafe just off campus.

Can't call him yet. Give him some space.

Angel had been expecting more questions from Steve about the rampant grinning than he got, but he's starting to suspect the 'I want to meet this guy before you go gallivanting across the countryside' bit had something to do with that. Everybody's talking about fall class registration. Since Angel has every intention of just telling his advisor he won't be back, it's starting to wear a bit thin.
Clearly, the circumstances call for Central Park.

Interdimensional spaces can be tricky things, sometimes.
But it doesn't matter as such that this one isn't quite the usual. Angel can still work on his latest sewing project.
