Elias Grover, Clerks2

There's an Elias at the bar eating dinner and chatting amiably with Bar. He's sporting a new haircut that's really very different from his usual mullet. It's short, for starters, and rather more LA than is usually seen on the average Jersey boy.

A head tilts over and smiles at Elias.

"Talking to the counter? That's nice of you."

He smiles back.

"Yeah, Bar's great. She's one of the best friends I've ever had."

He says this in all honesty.

"I've never talked to her like I'm thinkin' you talk to her, but I try to be a little more chatty than just placing my order. I figure it's only polite."

"Yeah, I think she gets lonely when people treat her like furniture too much."

He tips his head in curiosity.

"Who are you?"

There's a pretty brunette a few seats away staring hard at her political science book.

She manages to give him a grin when she looks up, though.

One can only do so much homework before they need a break.

Door is at the 'needing a break' point, so she stands to walk over to him.

"How's her mood today?"

"She seems pretty happy, but she's usually nice to me."
