Tiwa remembers Barty and just beams at his daughter as she comes over, her steps aren't quite as quick as the last time they talked though,

"Hello, Barty, who's this?"

Barty beams at her. "This is Mary. Mary, say hello, won't you?"

Mary gurgles and flexes her fingers in what could perhaps be seen as a 'hello' kind of gesture. This is probably not related to anything other than the sound of Barty's voice, but don't tell him that.

Tiwa leans slightly over Mary and grins, putting a bit of sparkle in the air to catch Mary's eye.

You know the general reaction that some people get when faced with such a bundle of adorableness that usually involves eating articles of one's own clothing so as not to completely freak out over said adorableness?

Joe is pretty much doing that.

So... in case anybody was wondering, that's what that high-pitched noise is.
