He's singing something under his breath while making marks on a familiar looking paper.

That's Angel's attention caught, and rather effectively.

Collins is still a bit distracted by the godawful less-than-stellar paper before him. The page looks like it's been bled upon.

And he keeps singing.

Far be it from Angel to interrupt Collins singing. As much as he wants to ask about the paper.

At some points he finishes that song and that page, turning it. Writing a few comments on the back sheet, he puts up his pen. And then he notices his audience and grins. "Hi, baby."
