GAME POST: Hogwarts AU

The sun is high above Hogwarts Castle, but this isn't  whole lot of help, because it's behind a solid white cloud cover, filling the grounds with a cold shadowless light. It's not currently snowing, but it's threatening that it might, so if you watch to get some Quidditch practice in, it might be a good plan ( Read more... )

Ava Wilson (4th Year Hufflepuff) - Library hadyougoing September 19 2011, 04:35:08 UTC
You know, Hogwarts is great for death visions.

If you're into that sort of thing-- and Ava, in her 4th year in Hufflepuff, isn't so sure she is. Harry Potter's great and all, but he kicks their ass at Quidditch and he's in like five-eighths of her visions-of-premature-demise.

In the meantime, she's in the library, trying to actually do homework.

PLEASE NOBODY DIE, SHE HAS AN ESSAY DUE TOMORROW.

Sherlock Holmes is a fifth-year Slytherin, the subject of a vast horde of rumours centring on her general creepiness and disregard for social norms, and not likely to die anytime soon.

(Neither is Tony, although with Tony it's closer; a certain someone has arranged an assassination attempt for the upcoming summer holiday.)

She is also humming Pink Floyd under her breath as she wanders out of the Restricted Section.

The sound of humming catches Ava's attention; balefully, she looks up.

Annnnnd then she sees it's that Tony girl, except actually maybe it's the creepy one? They do look kind of exactly alike. As tempting as it is, Ava doesn't mess with Slytherin; so far in her tenure on Hogwarts, it hasn't been worth the drama.

In the meantime: Which one is it?? Ava eyes the girl curiously.

There certainly isn't a clue to be found in Sherlock's school uniform; it is devoid of colour, declaring no allegiance.

Which is a hint if you know the girls at all. Tony is very proud to be a Gryffindor.

More than a hint is the fact that Sherlock wanders between two shelves and emerges half a minute later behind Ava's chair, no longer humming, to ask: "Yes?"

Only one of the Stark girls speaks English with a London accent, and only one of them is known for her tendency to lurk.
