Time feels funny...

Ambria had been spending a lot of time lately inside, at the apartment, with Michael. Michael seemed to have developed some great aversion to the outdoors. Someone had to watch him, so while he read through his books and muttered to himself - she did. She couldn't help but wonder what she was missing out on by doing so, however ( Read more... )

Grant wandered on in, and called up the stairwell, "Hey, anyone in here?" Sometimes it was hard to figure out where the heck people were.

"I'm here," Michael called back as he flipped the page.

"Ambria is in the kitchen."

He was so close to finding out what he needed... and yet, so far.

Grant nodded, and trotted kitchenwards. "What're you two up to today?"

"I'm trying to find a healing spell that will work against physical and magical damage, because I think we will need that when we fight the demons." Michael explained calmly.

After a moment, he added. "Ambria is the kitchen making me a grilled cheese sandwich, and worrying over whether or not you love her."

"Did you tell her that you love her?" Michael asked. He had indeed put the books away, and was waiting for the call to grilled cheese goodness.

He got up and started heading for the kitchen door.
