It seems this year with the new Artistic Director has caused all sorts of problems.

He's done some great things, but you're correct - transitions never go as smoothly as people would like. However, he's not solely to blame. Everyone in upper management from artistic staff to production has dropped the ball on this one. It's amazingly frustrating and inconsiderate.
