"By asking you five" or "Love the Gestalt"

I rarely ever do memes, but this one that stormkpr did looked kinda fun. Plus, it's interactive enough to be considered a youyou, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Since I don't hold to meme youyou "rules," I certainly won't make you, either. So if you want to be interviewed, but don't want to post this in your journal, you can feel free to put your answers here.

  1. Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me!"
  2. I will respond by asking you five questions. I get to pick the questions.
  3. You will post the answers to the questions (and the questions themselves) on your blog or journal.
  4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the same post.
  5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.
Here are the questions stormkpr asked in bold, followed by my answers:
  1. Did you like the X-men movies? Love the first two, was sorely disappointed by the third one.
  2. Describe your best friend. Creative; puppet-loving; messy; odd; witty; picky; set in her ways; book-lover; child-at-heart.
  3. Favorite Rogue/Remy fic? I have to choose one?! Okay, I really love the "Gestalt Arc" and "Experiment 713" series by Lori McDonald; "The Moment" (which I thought was called "The More the Merrier") by Lori and Melissa; "The Magician and the Butterfly" by Karen Bruce; "Growing Up" by Faith Barnett; pretty much anything by Valerie Jones (her stuff is practically cannon!), Neurotic Temptress, ishandahalf and of course the loverly xenokattz. I know I'm missing some of my favourites. But I suppose if I could only choose one it would have to be Lori's Gestalt Arc. Goodness that's good stuff!
  4. Do you floss regularly? No.
  5. Are you a good listener? I'm sorry, what? Kidding! Well, I'm not sure I'd be the best judge of that, but I like to think so. I do enjoy listening to peoples' stories, getting to know them, discussing different points of view, etc. I just can't guarantee I'll remember it all later once I'm home and asked "so, what did you guys talk about?"

funny lip shape, links, pieces of me, movies, youyou, x-men, fanfiction rec, fanfiction, random life events, like a good book
