Work was a bitch and a half today, but I survived and have the weekend off. I start at the new store on Tuesday instead of the 18th now, which isn't the worst thing but was an unwelcome surprise. The guy is intriguing as a person. Less intriguing right now because I never had any reply from him from that rambly message about my dad. I felt a little hurt/angry for a few days, but there are a million What Ifs that are just too overwhelming to obsess over anymore. We are the kind of friends who will pick up again at some point; if there is one thing I know this is not, it is a lack of friendship.

Oh no, I hope no one flounced away! I mostly meant that you are the only person who comments with any regularity. And I believe everyone who follows me here is also connected to me on Facebook so most of the information gets around anyway.

Anyway, most importantly, I think boozing at each-other is a very good idea.
