Back in town -- since Tuesday night, really, but I've been busy catching up on work and what not so I haven't posted anything much until now

ZOMG that's awesome! I am invited to a birthday party for a good friend tonight at 7... and I have to pick my wife up from work at 10... But I am really tempted to try to cram some MMM! into my evening as well. I'm sad it's moved its venue from the more accessible Harbourfront, but it's good that the festival is growing, it's always been one of my favourite summer events in Toronto.
Well, the festival's on for the whole weekend, though that particular show is just tonight. So maybe even if you miss tonight you can get out to some of the rest of it...
Also, my favourite comment on the quality of tea in the USA was from an appearance of Alan Rickman on one of the late-night shows a few years back. The host offered him a cup of tea, and Rickman's immediate (and quite serious-sounding) response was "Not in America; I might die."

And yeah, most Americans spoil the tea. It's sad.
