I've been feeling nostalgic lately but it is a nostalgia tinged with sadness.

I have been regretting all the friendships I have let fall by the wayside.

I don't know what it is but I find myself missing friends from high school and Uni that I haven't really thought much about except in fleeting moments here and there during the intervening years .

We got pay TV yesterday and I think that since yesterday lunch-time I've probably sat down and watched more telly in 24 hours than I had in the previous month, possibly even longer than that.

I'm not sure my brain can survive much more.
