Why blog *and* make it a private / “friends only” journal?

A "post at the top of the journal" for when people want to sneak a peek into my life.

C and I went to get our flu shots today...owies.

C got a haircut...no lumps!  On another, somewhat related note, I need to find a new stylist and fast!  Mine apparently flaked (and after I brought her four new clients no less) and is not returning my calls.  Like I am going to have a passive aggressive stylist come at me with hair dye and scissors ( Read more... )

I am really not certain how other people deal with the quagmire of booking appointments at clinics when they are on some sort of assistance program.  For starters, I have been on hold for almost as many minutes as calling the scheduling department of the cable company--which is somewhere between the billing departments for your average ( Read more... )
