Have you pondered...

A while back I was going to embark on an irregular series entitled "Have You Pondered Joe/_____?" because I am of the opinion that Joe should be used in fic a looooot more than non Joe/Nick he is. Nick is definitely the fandom bicycle, the universal donor of JoBros that meshes with any pairing ( Read more... )

Garbo is as mystifying to me as Zac Efron. I don't know what to do with him. Except, now, apparently, I can picture him having sexytimes with Joe.

I've actually seen more Garbo/Nick than Garbo/Joe. That might be mediaville's fault, though.

GARBO is SUCH a punk. He never wants to be written when I try to write him. I HATE him, but I also REALLY WANT HIM in fic a lot. I'm glad you're picturing it to because MAN am I picturing it.

Nick/Garbo is definitely a lot more prevalent, but Nick is the bicycle so it makes sense.

DUDE. I kind of have a bitter streak about Nick being the village bicycle in Jonas Fandom. Personally, I have a hard time picturing Nick letting ANYBODY, besides Joe (and even then), put their dick in his ass. HE'S the bossy, indignant, possessive little tyrant. I tend to see Nick in certain ways, just like how I see Joe as the world's biggest SWEETY-PIE.

Seriously, Joe hangs with the special olympics kids, Joe wants to spend the holidays with his family, Joe doesn't appreciate PDA's in front of his parents (he's respectful like that)... Joe would do whatever possible for the people he loves: therefore the perfect gay bicycle.

I don't always understand why people see Joe as this aggressive, sex-starved, rebellious punk. In reality, Joe's more of the one to happily go face-first onto the bed for a hot guy he likes (i.e. Garbo, Nick, Cardigan Guy, etc...)

Basically, I agree. <3 Wish I could write.

"We were touring high schools and middle schools when Nick got diagnosed with diabetes," says bass player Greg Garbowski, who co-wrote the JoBro's hit "Tonight" and two songs on Lines, Vines and Trying Times. "Joe was actually just a keyboard player, and Nick was the frontman. They said, 'Nick needs to sit at the piano, he has to rest.' That's when I saw Joe come out of his shell. He was a quiet kid before that, but he had to step it up when his brother got sick. Within two weeks, Joe was climbing on speakers and being a crazy frontman."

AKLJKHGSDJKA!!! That is just.... so how I would imagine it would be. Joe does what he needs to do to protect Nick. He will put on whatever act he has to, all for his brother.
