any one remember when i said i was going to apply for state aid for my water bill??? well................it got approved with one great big hitch.

my total bill was in the 500. range. well they will pay 170 something but not before i pay the remaining balance. OMG WTF? if i had that much money i would have payed the bill and i wouldn't be in this

OH HONEY! That sounds HORRIBLE!! AND I LOVE CATS! My three were just as bad so i relate to your pain. Unforunately i have one that is 1 year old, 10 pounds and STILL thinks she's a kitten. still jumping on my computer chair while I'm in it. and still clawing me. so i'm with bef on this one. declaw those suckers before they get bigger or you will four older cats, not kittens that may still think they can get away with that.

now...what to do about mine......
