Took me about 40 minutes as well, and no problems. Well, I teared up a little behind the curtain, but that's why voting booths are private.

I'm wearing a purple shirt in the spirit of bipartisanship. Blue pants, though. And shoes. I'm so nervous and twitchy I was actually awake at 8 a.m., staring at the ceiling, ready to go. I'm going to be useless today.

I waited for an hour and half! It was kind of awesome, though, and probably my own fault for not showing up until 9 AM. The line was literally wrapped around an entire city block! And I didn't see anyone leave in frustration, even though my neighborhood is probably 80-90% democratic. I had a nice chat with the 7 or 8 year old boy behind me in line who is reading Harry Potter for the first time. (He asked his father "Is Quidditch real?" and his father was like "What? Is that a place?" and I had to intervene.)
