While making lemon bars today, I accidentally grated my finger (well, my thumb, which I guess isn't technically a finger) instead of the lemon rind. So that kinda hurt. But I got out of doing dishes.

sorry anna!!!!! that was me, samantha, but i am on my boyfriend's computer, and he was still logged in to his LJ account!!! :-P

And yes, my school is on a quarter system. There are certain advantages to that (like starting school almost in October and only having to deal with a professor for 10 weeks) but only having 2 weeks for winter break is definitely a disadvantage.
