How old is Sera?

I feel for Aya- been there when I was in single digits. Not necessarily tantrums but talking a lot. Does she talk fast too?

Sera will be a year in one month. Aya doesn't really talk fast, she talks LOUD, and all the time. I think that's the biggest issue, is that she is very, very, loud.
