PMS sucks
Sends my moods into a horrible spin. Ultra rapid cycling with rage issues. Not anyones idea of a good time and paranoid. Ugh I just can't wait for it to stop. I'm on 200mgs of topamax morning and night mainly for my migraines. today feels like a good day!
My dad is finally off vacation and I have the house all to myself! YAY! Today's plan is to do yoga, circuit training, clean room for 20 minutes, finish 2 quizzes, and research my term paper. Oh, and of course take a shower lol. I think I may be crawling out of my depression. About damn time!! -

Migraine again. Third one this week. That's the average right now. Sick of them and people getting pissed at me when I get them and all the other bullshit my fucking life brings. Spring mania has given way to a crippling depression. The kicker is that no one gives a damn. Tried to talk to my mom about it but she ignored it and kept watching Tv. head is killing me
Went to bed at 1am up at 5:30am with a screaming headache I have tears in my eyes. Part might be hangover but I doubt it. It feels like a massive tension / sinus headache. My neck is hurting me and I have pain all across my forhead down to my eyeballs. Time to take some advil and pray it goes away. -
the day started out fine...
And then the horrible cramps made their appearance followed by the migraine that knocked me off my feet. Now I have taken one of my migraine meds and 2 klonopin to destress and release the tension I've been holding in all day. feeling better today
Totally lost my voice yesterday but it's starting to come back today which is nice since I'm a talker lol. I am in a spring hypomanic. It would definately (why can't I ever spell that word?) be a mania if it wasn't for my meds. Which I am taking religiously. The weather is driving me nuts. I'm back again
Things got incredibly crazy this semester. I had a horrible sinus infection 3 weeks before finals. Then 2 weeks before finals I got a serious case of bronchitis. I missed a whole week of classes but under extreme stress I managed to get all A's in my classes so technically I should be a shoe in to get into the sonography program.
