Sup guys! Hey, so, how many of us are currently almost dying of heat exhaustion? (I mean, excluding you northen hemispherians, who are possibly freezing). It was 37C/98.5F today and tomorrow, says the news and Yahoo weather, it's going to hit up to 39C/102F. ( UGH. more ranting about the crazy weather below )

I don't know any of your songs :( It's not fair!

I was just saying to Noelle the other day that I'm going through the same thing now with the whole job problem. It's really hard to find a job that doesnt require experience and whenever I find something good it's too far for me to get to without my own car. Job-hunting sucks D:

SEACREST OUT ;D (oh god, I can see this become a 'thing')

LOL I am assuming nobody else knows them either. I am obscure, it appears!

Yeah, the job thing's been hard on me, mainly because I'm in an environment now where I'm surrounded by people older than me that have been in the workforce for years and I jsut feel so far behind. I think the fact that neither of us are the most outgoing of people probably doesn't help our case either. I think it's one of those things where shy people have it 110% harder. A really good site in regards to the whole job thing though is Hippo which is a site specifically for part time/casual jobs. If I'm still really struggling with finding something in a few months time I think I'm just going to wait until the end of the year and get a Christmas/summer job, because they're easier to grab if you have no experience (my first and only job interview was that group one last year for a summer position at Diva, and of course that happened to be the weekend I was really sick and had a fever and coughed the whole time D:). Ooh and go to the websites of all the stores ( ... )

Yeh I have the exact same problems; no experience, no real social skills, and won't touch a job with food with a 10ft pole. I can't wait until christmas, my parents are starting to think I'm just plain lazy. I never thought I'd say this but I WANT A JOB! :o

The whole trying to find a job thing is horrible these days. The Government keep going on about how we have the lowest unemployment rate ever, but thats making it so much harder for those who are unemployed! I had my first job at 16, I've had experience, references, certificates, all that, and I still couldnt get a job. People are just so picky these days. They want the best of the best, in my case with bartending they wanted the most skilled experienced bartender that ever did bartend. I looked for months until I finally had the bright idea to apply for Boost where I've had experience in a similar job, and I got it. But in saying that, does that mean I'm only going to get jobs in the juice area?? No one wants to spend their life making juice. You, Me, Steph, my other friends Gakka & Emma, and Duane have all had big trouble finding jobs. Its like you have to spend months and months searching until finally someone gives you a break. Who can wait that long?? All that pointless applying and attending interviews only to hear nothing back ( ... )
